Welcome to Wed4U.

Please read the following Terms of Use (referred to as "Terms") carefully before purchasing a wedding website from Wed4U (referred to as "we", "us" or "Wed4U"). If you agree to these Terms and wish to use the Wed4U website service (referred to as "Service"), please click on the "Buy Now" button. This will constitute a binding agreement between you and Wed4U. Any violation of these Terms will result in termination of our Service to you.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time.

  1. YOUR WED4U WEDDING WEBSITE
    Your Wed4U Wedding Website consists of 5 web pages exclusive to you within a larger website, your section of the site being password protected.
  2. CONTENT OF YOUR WED4U WEDDING WEBSITE
    You may NOT place any of the following material on your website:
    1. Any threatening, obscene or pornographic material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law
    2. Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity or copyright without the permission of the owner of these rights, you, solely will be responsible for obtaining these permissions and agree to indemnify Wed4U against any claim made by any person claiming infringement of their rights of privacy, publicity or copyright
    3. Photographs provided by your official photographer may not be used on the website unless you have been given specific permission by the photographer to do so. We will not be held responsible for any breaches of copyright concerning this.
    4. We reserve the right to delete or edit content of your website, that we, in our sole discretion, deem unacceptable.
  3. REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
    Your website with Wed4U is for personal, non-commercial use only. During registration for the Service you must provide accurate and current information and Wed4U reserve the right to check the validity of all information supplied on the order form. You are responsible for:
    1. Obtaining the written consent to the creation of the wedding website from the fiance/fiancee mentioned on the order form and wed4U will not be liable for any claims made by the fiance/fiancee claiming infringement of their rights of privacy, publicity or copyright and you will indemnify Wed4U against any such claim
    2. Keeping confidential the usernames and passwords that have been created by, or assigned to you notwithstanding your right to give the username and password to guests to your wedding provided that you obtain from each person their agreement to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password. Wed4U will not be liable for any claim that should arise through unauthorised disclosure of the username and password and you will indemnify Wed4U against any such claim. Wed4U will immediately and permanently remove any wedding website where we believe there has been misuse of the username and password.
    3. You must notify Wed4U of any suspected unauthorised use of your username and password. If this should occur we will temporarily suspend your wedding website until a new username and password has been issued.
  4. PAYMENT
    All payment is in UK Pounds Sterling and all payments are made via PayPal and are nonrefundable.
  5. COPYRIGHT MATERIAL OWNERSHIP
    All of the information, content, software and materials we offer are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or distribute any material from Wed4U.co.uk or from weddingwebsitesnorfolk.co.uk without our prior written consent. The material from these websites are for personal, non-commercial use only providing you do not modify the materials or remove any copyright notices contained in the material.
  6. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your wedding website by you or any other person accessing the Service using your username and password.
  7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
    We make no warranty that its site or services will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or that this site or the server is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including, but not limited to, damages even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses, that result from the use of or the inability to use the Wed4U.co.uk or weddingwebstesnorfolk.co.uk sites or services, from any changes to these sites or their services, or from unauthorised access to or alteration of your wedding website.
  9. PRIVACY POLICY
    We will not share your e-mail address or any other personal information you provide with anyone unless required to do so by law.
  10. MISCELLANEOUS
    We may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this Site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of use.
If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this Service.
